If there’s a problem with your order, such as the wrong item or a rare fault, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll do our best to make it right. Because of hygiene reasons, we unfortunately can’t accept returns on worn socks. All we ask is that you reach out kindly and we’ll handle it with the same care and respect.
